These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the www.shivamasterpack.com website (the "Website") operated by GreenGro Plants s.r.o. (the "Provider"). Any person using the Website is referred to as the "User".

By using the Website, the User accepts these Terms. The Terms are available at all times at www.shivamasterpack.com/en/aszf/.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. Amendments take effect when they are published on the Website.

The www.shivamasterpack.com website and the content available on it (product descriptions, growing guides, the Pests and Nutrient Deficiencies page, images and texts) are for information purposes only. The Provider strives to ensure that the information is accurate but accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions.

No registration is required to use the Website. The processing of the data you enter in the contact form is described in the Privacy Notice.

The products presented on the Website are intended for hobby gardening and household plant care, not for commercial resale. It is the User's responsibility to use the products in accordance with the laws applicable in their country.

4. Purchases

Online purchasing is not currently available on the Website. When the online shop launches, the terms of purchase (ordering, payment, delivery, withdrawal, complaints) will be published on this page.

5. Limitation of liability

The Provider accepts no liability for the temporary unavailability of the Website, technical faults or any damage resulting from interruptions to the internet connection.

The products may only be used for the purpose stated on the packaging and in the growing guides, at the recommended doses. The Provider accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper use.

The Website contains links to third-party websites. The Provider accepts no responsibility for these.

The entire content of the Website – including texts, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions and all design elements relating to the SHIVA product line – is the exclusive intellectual property of GreenGro Plants s.r.o. and is protected by copyright.

Commercial use, copying, distribution or modification of the content without the Provider's prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Governing law and final provisions

These Terms are governed by Slovak law (the place of registration of GreenGro Plants s.r.o.) and the applicable EU regulations. The parties will primarily seek to settle any disputes by negotiation.

If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms take effect on 17 October 2026 and remain valid until revoked.
